Registration Requirements
Students Must be 18 years or older
Students must be able to commit to attending class every day of the 2 week course.
Students must have a criminal background check 30 days or less
TB Test less than 1 year or Chest X-Ray less than 3 years
Must have state issued Identification
No regristration or application fees
Completed application paid seat deposit or full tuition
Purchase school patch $5.00

CRIMINAL background CHECK
Students may obtain a background check via the Michigan State Police website the cost is $10.00 input your information pay fee and print results and bring to class first day.

TB TEST
Students may obtain a TB test at the Oakland County Health Division at 1200 N. Telegraph Rd Bldg 34 East Pontiac MI 48341.

StudeNT UNIFORM
Students uniform will be a White scrub top with any color underscrub shirt and school patch ironed on left shoulder. Pants will be Navy Blue scrub pants any color soft sole non-closed toe and heel shoe.
